Lessons from the Best: CCAeLearning Webinars

A FREE Benefit to CCAE Members

CCAeLearning Series Presenting Partner

 Industrial Alliance

All 2017 CCAeLearning sessions are presented by 2016 CCAE Prix d’Excellence recipients. Each webinar runs from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Eastern

Participants gained valuable tips on demonstrating impact to donors at the December 15, 2016 CCAeLearning session: Giving donors the bigger picture: Faculty Impact Reports.

Daniel Chonchol, Manager, Electronic Communications, Strategic Communications, at McGill University, shared McGill’s donor reports strategy, segmented by gift amount categories.

Among the benefits of Donor Impact Reports:

  • Faculties provide story lists and distribute the reports themselves, making them a useful stewardship tool that builds collaboration between advancement and academics.
  • Where 200 donors previously received reports on philanthropy, now 1,300 get them; and they are appreciated.
  • The reports also serve as solicitation tools shared with prospects.
  • Contents of the reports are multi-purposed for website and newsletter stories and the alumni magazine.

For useful ideas and proven strategies, join one or all of the upcoming CCAeLearning sessions. Review the roster and descriptions here.
