Relax, relate and Paint with CCAE!

The last year has been busy, and as such CCAE is excited to start the Conference with a chance to relax, relate…and paint! Join us for CCAE’s Virtual Paint Night and enjoy a calm and happy vibe while you reconnect with your colleagues.
The session is 75 minutes in length, and folks can hang out after, sharing their master pieces! Be sure to share your painting after the event using the hashtag #ManulifeMasterpiece, to be entered in a draw to win a prize!
Attendees of this event who register for the Full Conference package, 11 session package, or purchase additional Opening kick-off tickets will receive*:
- A paint kit that includes all supplies needed to follow along with the activity.
- A special Manulife gift
*The Opening event is included in the purchase of all Full Package and 11-session packages. If others in your household wish to get involved, a single ticket for the event can be purchased and will include a second paint set. In order to ensure things arrive to you prior to the event, the deadline for registering is April 30, 2021.

Take some time and breathe! CCAE is pleased to introduce a series of yoga classes, meant to encourage health and wellness within your day.
Each class is 35 minutes in length and is open for yogi’s of all ages!
Access to the yoga classes are available for no charge, with any registration package.
Those who register for a full or 11-session package will receive a yoga mat.
Registration will be required. In order to ensure the yoga mat arrives to you prior to the event the deadline for registering is April 30, 2021.
Morning Class: May 12 @ 8:00 a.m. ET
Instructor: Jessica Cowan-Dewar, Yoga Therapist, Propel Physiotherapy
Jessica Cowan-Dewar (MSc) is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist with specialized training in restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga for anxiety, stress, trauma, and PTSD, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY). She has also been trained in teaching Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. Jessica is known for her calm and competent teaching style and is skilled at creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for people to explore various healing practices.

Instructor: Jennifer Atoapoma
Jennifer began her journey as a personal trainer but quickly realized that could impact more people as a group fitness instructor. She now has had the pleasure of being a fitness Instructor for over 5 years . Over the years she has received multiple certifications, worked at the top studios in Montreal such as Mansfield, Modo Yoga and Wanderlust. She has taught a variety of classes including Barre, Yoga, Bodyshred, and many more to both men and women of all fitness levels. Her love for motivating and encouraging people in group settings has led me to focus solely on that. Instructor: Tristan Millette
Tristan was introduced to yoga by a friend in 2011 and was immediately drawn to it. The movement, the breath, the mindfulness and the stillness all called to him. After developing a consistent personal practice Tristan decided to move forward with his goal of becoming an instructor and sharing the gift of yoga with others.
Since 2015 Tristan has completed numerous accredited teacher trainings at various studios across the country. He specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and also enjoys weaving guided mediations and breathing exercises into his classes.
Celebrate and Jam’ with CCAE

Join CCAE for a special evening of food and music. Cook along with award winning Chef Katie Hayes, and learn how to prepare Newfoundlands’ famed Jam-Jam cookies. As the cookies cook, hang out with and listen to the music of a famed Canadian Artist.
Chef Katie Hayes
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of Canada (Holland College P.E.I.), Chef Katie Hayes, is an instructor at the College of the North Atlantic Campus in Bonavista. She has instructed the Red Seal accredited Cook and Baking programs at the college. Currently she is an instructor for the colleges Cultural Culinary Arts & Tourism course. Katie, is also the owner of Bonavista Social Club in Upper Amherst Cove, Newfoundland & Labrador. The restaurant opened in 2012, is a farm to table experience in rural Newfoundland, using the restaurant own gardens and animals to provide the primary components for the menu. A veteran of culinary cooking competitions Katie has competed for Newfoundland and Canada in various national and international cooking competitions. Including being part of Team Canada at the World Association of Cooks Society competition in Dubai in 2008.
The session is 75 minutes in length and folks can hang out after, munching on their cookies and chatting. Be sure to share your baked creation after the event using the hashtag #TDJamJams, for your chance to be entered in a draw to win a prix.
Home Bakers who register for the Full Conference package, 11 session package, or purchase additional Celebration event tickets will receive*:
- A copy of the recipe and ingredient list.
- A jar of Partridgeberry Jam (straight from Newfoundland) and a PC electronic gift card for ingredients.
- Attendees will receive a special TD gift

BINGO Scavenger Hunt!

Join CCAE and special guests from 2022 National Conference Venue, Niagara Falls Ontario as we close out the 2021 Conference and look ahead to 2022. CCAE is hosting its first ever “Advancement Bingo” and there will be chances to win a number of prizes, as attendees race around their offices and homes finding the unique items needed for Scavenger Hunt BINGO!
This is one game, where your “zoom crashers” will be key!
The session is 75 minutes in length and folks can hang out after to continue the festivities and have a great time chatting with colleagues.
Attendees who register for the Full Conference package, 11 session package, or purchase additional closing Social event tickets will receive*:
- Your own Bingo Card.
