Currently Victoria is committed to the work and development of the Indigenous Peoples Resilience Fund, a new national fund that began as a response to COVID19 in March of 2020. The fund is led by Indigenous peoples to support organizations that are led by Indigenous peoples for Indigenous peoples and communities.

While she is a keen volunteer, she is and always has been passionate in advocating for a more robust Indigenous voice within the foundation and philanthropic world. She has been privileged with opportunities to serve as a director on a number of boards of directors within the philanthropic sector over the past 30 years. Victoria is especially proud of the Temagami Community Foundation where she was co-founder and the inaugural Chair, and her work with Community Foundations of Canada where she has been a past Chair of the board. Currently she serves as a director on board of the Counselling Foundation of Canada, and the Chair of the Board for The Canadian Canoe Museum.
