2018 CCAE Annual Giving Congress

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS is now open!

 

CCAE is looking for dynamic, engaged speakers on any topic relevant to the current state of annual giving in education, to submit presentation proposals for the 2018 CCAE Annual Giving Congress. 

Have you and your colleagues accomplished a successful project in 2017-18 that has been a source of pride and demonstrated success in Canadian annual giving?

Are you interested in facilitating a unique, thought-provoking session on a relevant and timely annual giving / fundraising topic with your peers?

Do you have a list of items keeping you awake at night? Do you have a plan brewing on how to pro-actively deal with those issues?

If you said yes to any of these questions, consider sending in a submission to present at the 2018 CCAE Annual Giving Congress.

 

Guidelines for Submission

To Apply: Please submit a 1-2 page document using this link by April 30th 2018.

Your submission via SurveyMonkey will require the following information:

  1. Format of your session:
    1. Presentation, case studies or interactive workshop
    2. Presented by group / team or individual
  2. Target audience: new professional, intermediate, seasoned, or applicable for all experience levels.
  3. Session descriptionof 100 words or less.
  4. Maximum100-word profile or bio of each presenter, including current position title and institution.
  5. Please provide previous conference presentation experienceand testimonials from attendees, if applicable.

Congress Sponsors are welcome to participate as session presenters, provided their presentation is made in partnership with a representative from a CCAE member institution.

Selection Procedure 

The 2018 CCAE Annual Giving Congress Program Committee will review submitted proposals and select the most appropriate and timely for inclusion in the conference. You will be notified by June 2018 as to whether your proposal was successful.

NOTE: It is recommended that presenters register for the Congress, at a special reduced registration rate. Presenters are responsible for their own expenses, including conference registration, any travel and hotel accommodations, and any meals or special events not included in Congress registration fees.

Congress Sponsors are welcome to participate in the call for proposals, provided their presentation is made in partnership with a representative from a CCAE member institution.
