CCAE is heading to Toronto and excited to bring with it, a day of conversation. The full day of programming will feature discussions on talent, diversity and other hot topics facing advancement professionals.

Now more than ever, attracting the right talent, thinking strategically about how to retain and develop staff for future opportunities within your organization is critical. This session will focus on how leaders can cultivate talent throughout the employee lifecycle. Utilizing a combination of lecture and roundtable discussions participants will review best practices, and examples from the University of Toronto Advancement team, and examples from fellow colleagues representing a variety of organizations.
