Registration Disclaimer
CCAE publishes lists of event participants (delegates, presenters, sponsors) showing name, affiliation and e-mail address. CCAE uses the e-mail address as supplied by the registrant to provide CCAE updates, including information about the PL event and related opportunities.
CCAE does not share contact information supplied by event participants except as consistent with the CCAE privacy policy, which is available on the CCAE website. By registering, the participant gives CCAE permission to share their information with CCAE’s National Partners and event sponsors and exhibitors in relation to this event, unless otherwise requested by the participant in writing to admin@ccaecanada.org
Registration Policy
Registration packages are applicable only for the event to which it was purchased. All registrations are individual purchases. Packages cannot be shared and are non-transferable & non-refundable.
Should a registrant not be available for the live session; a recording will be made available following the event (for events that have virtual components) upon request to the CCAE Office.
In order to access recorded content, an individual must register and pay for the desired session.
Extenuating circumstances:
Should an individual be unable to attend due to items related to extenuating circumstances
(illness, decease, departure from position, retirement etc.)
- The registration may exceptionally be:
Transferred to another individual at the institution of original purchase - A credit for the registration amount will be provided to the institution, to be used
before April 30, 2023.
Please note requests must be made 1 week prior to the event or session start date.
All changes and requests must be received in writing to the CCAE Office via e-mail at admin@ccaecanada.org.
